Before establishing the company, Hai served as both Business Manager and General Sales Manager at one of Melbourne’s leading Mazda dealerships.
His hands-on experience working with diverse customer profiles, lender partners, and dealership processes provided the foundation for a service model focused on speed, transparency, and strong commercial outcomes — principles that continue to guide Dealer Finance Group today.
